Booking

Once you make a booking through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming its validity together with all relevant information. If you do not receive your booking confirmation, or if any confirmation detail is incorrect, please contact the restaurant. Reconfirmation of the booking will also be required for it to become effective.

If you wish to modify the booking date or the number of diners, your request will be handled provided it is made at least 24 hours in advance and the requested change is possible. You can do this by calling the restaurant phone number, and the change will become effective once confirmed by the establishment.

The restaurant expressly reserves the right to cancel the booking if the guest arrives more than 15 minutes after the reserved date and time.

Cancellation Policy

If a guarantee card is requested when making your booking, you will receive an email and SMS where you must reconfirm or cancel the booking through the enabled links. Your booking will only be guaranteed once it has been reconfirmed.

If a guaranteed-card booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the reserved date and time, the restaurant reserves the right to apply a penalty of 35 euros per person.
