For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Data will be processed for booking management, service delivery and commercial prospecting of our services/products, as well as to avoid duplicates with other restaurants that share reservation software. In addition, your data will become part of our customer database.

The personal data provided will be kept while the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years required to comply with legal obligations, unless deletion is requested or the data no longer fits the purpose for which it was collected.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract or your explicit consent.

Recipients

Data may be disclosed to suppliers or for statistical purposes. Data may also be shared with other restaurants using the same booking software solely to detect duplicates. In case of home delivery orders, data may be shared with delivery companies to manage delivery.

If service delivery requires accepting a Cancellation Policy or any kind of payment, these will be managed through Stripe's payment gateway. For this purpose, data (only email and booking-associated name) will be shared with Stripe, Inc. for payment management. MARMURIO S.L. will not receive bank card details.

Data may be transferred to other group companies for administrative management purposes.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract this location data from website images.
